• About Your Role
• You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Fiserv's complex systems infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure that these systems operate efficiently, reliably, and securely. You will work closely with a team of engineers, collaborating with various departments to align system capabilities with business needs, ultimately contributing to the company's strategic goals.
• What you'll do:
• + Lead the design and deployment of infrastructure solutions supporting enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance + Partner with Development, Product, Project Management, and other Engineering teams using a consultative approach to gather and analyze technical requirements + Provide support for hybrid environments involving both on-premises and public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred) + Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks and improve efficiency + Support platforms such as .

NET Framework, IIS, MS SQL, and Apigee in conjunction with application deployments + Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure services like Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, VXRAIL, Group Policy, and Firewall Rules + Collaborate on network-related troubleshooting and configuration of load balancers (e.g., F5 LTM/GTM) + Create and maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and processes; enforce adherence to engineering best practices and security standards

• Experience you'll need to have:
• + 8+ years of enterprise-level Windows infrastructure/system engineering experience + 6+ years of experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell + 5+ years of experience with cloud integration and support (Azure or AWS preferred) & infrastructure as code configurations (Terraform, Ansible) + 5+ years of experience supporting .

NET, IIS, and SQL Server environments + 5+ years of experience VMWare, VXRAIL, DNS, and network/firewall troubleshooting + Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

• Experience that would be great to have:
• + Knowledge of Apigee, F5 LTM/GTM, and middleware components + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities + Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation + Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes

• $109,000.

00 - $182,400.00 _These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
