Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack | C# .NET Engineer to join a contract opportunity with permanent potential based in Ankeny, Iowa. This role is best suited for an engineer with strong back-end development experience who can build reliable services, support system integrations, and work confidently in a cloud-based environment. During the initial phase of the assignment, the position will be heavily focused on server-side engineering, with opportunities to expand into front-end responsibilities over time for candidates with full stack capabilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop C# and .NET-based APIs and backend services that support business applications and connected platforms.
  • Validate, process, and manage application data while ensuring dependable integration with databases and external systems.
  • Lead back-end engineering efforts during the first year, delivering stable and scalable server-side solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations between core platforms and related enterprise systems to support seamless data exchange.
  • Deploy and support applications in Azure using automated pipelines and cloud-native services.
  • Work with containerized environments to improve application consistency, deployment efficiency, and scalability.
  • Create and optimize SQL Server objects such as tables, indexes, and views, and write queries to support reporting needs.
  • Use GitHub for source control, collaboration, and code management across the development lifecycle.
