You'll join forces with 3-5 other team members to deliver high-quality, low-maintenance software solutions that help organizations cement their place in the digital economy. You'll help LT improve some of our internal systems, and work on code that we use day to day. You'll learn test-driven development practices to help write high-quality code. You'll continue to refine your craft and grow your skills through ongoing training, personal development and other learning opportunities that help you reach your goals. What Skills Do You Bring to the Table? Know how to program in one or more languages. We believe we can teach you the specifics that are needed, but you'll need to know how to approach problems programmatically. Able to work within a team.
