Analyze, design, develop, maintain and improve business processes and corresponding software applications to allow Wells' Enterprises to function according to user needs for the assigned area. As an advanced level contributor, this is accomplished according to the priorities and direction established by management. This person will also provide guidance and mentor others in the technical aspects of the Wells Application technology.
  • Exhibit advanced technical skills/abilities required for developing, implementing and maintaining business software applications and interfaces within specified time frames, using the tools required for the position.
  • Utilize independent judgment to efficiently create technical solutions by applying skills and knowledge as well as interpreting business requirements and strategy. Provide on-going information, support, mentoring and training as needed for internal customers, team members and IT.
  • Test/debug application systems of significant complexity to ensure accuracy, standards compliance, meet requirements, and have acceptable response times while adhering to time constraints and project deadlines.
  • Document application systems and procedures according to organizational needs. This includes test scripts, LDRP, maintenance, process, training, customer, etc., ensuring compliance with department standards and proper handoff to testing team.
  • Technically lead efforts involving moderate to complex level projects, often giving direction to other team members, and at times internal customers.
Work with outside technology vendors as required. Prioritize in accordance with guidance provided and organizational needs, meeting specified timeline/s.   • Bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline or related experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience within a programming/development environment.
