full-time We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a team supporting Salesforce-related initiatives within a large insurance client. This individual will develop and maintain C#/.NET applications and build or troubleshoot Jenkins jobs that move large datasets into the CRM environment. The engineer will work closely with both product owners, and end users to support data movement, system integrations, and Salesforce-related applications. In this role, you will design, develop, support, and modernize software solutions that enable critical Sales and Marketing business processes. A primary focus of this position will be reviewing, refactoring, and enhancing existing C#/.NET code to improve maintainability, performance, scalability, and long-term supportability while reducing technical debt. This role will also be responsible for developing and supporting ETL processes, large-scale data movement initiatives, system integrations, and automation workflows utilizing SQL Server, Jenkins, and modern source control and CI/CD practices. The engineer will play a key role in application modernization efforts, including repository cleanup and migration to GitHub, while helping establish development standards and best practices across the team. Qualifications Strong C# development experience (ability to read & write C#) Able to work independently with minimal oversight Comfortable taking ownership and operating as a senior contributor on a small team Strong communication (experience working with business leaders and customers directly) Nice to have Qualifications Strong SQL skills with experience querying, troubleshooting, and supporting data movement between systems ETL/Data Integration experience Python experience Jenkins experience GitHub experience GitHub Actions exposure Experience moving large datasets into SaaS applications Understanding of data flow between enterprise systems and CRM platforms Pay ranges on level of experience from $110k to $125k.
