Job Description

Role description Lead and administer testing tools and platforms ensuring availability configuration governance and operational support Own test outcomes end to end including planning execution defect management reporting and quality signoff Provide technical leadership mentoring and coaching to testers and quality engineers across teams Define refine and drive adoption of effective testing practices standards and frameworks across the organization Guide teams in test strategy test planning estimation and risk based testing for complex initiatives Collaborate closely with Developers Product Owners Scrum Masters and Architects to ensure quality is built in early Track analyse and communicate quality metrics risks and recommendations to leadership stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives and Center of Excellence CoE activities where applicable Primary Skills Mandatory Senior level experience in test leadership and quality ownership Test tool administration and support test management execution reporting tools Strong expertise in manual and automation testing practices Ability to mentor coach and guide test teams Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, test strategy and test governance Secondary Skills Preferred SAFe Agile practices PI planning ART ceremonies cross team coordination Experience with other Agile frameworks Scrum, Kanban Willingness and ability to learn and adopt SAFe Agile practices if not already experienced

Benefits Compensation range:
