Job Description

A growing engineering team is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support and enhance their CI/CD ecosystem, with a focus on Azure DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and containerized environments. This is an opportunity where the individual will play a key role in maintaining and improving build and release pipelines while collaborating with cross functional teams across engineering and infrastructure. This role stands out because the team is actively scaling and needs someone who can jump in and make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands on pipeline work, thrives in collaborative environments, and is comfortable owning deployment processes end to end. There is strong visibility, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to help shape evolving DevOps practices while gaining exposure to cloud and containerization initiatives.
Contract Duration:
3+ months on W2 Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of hands on DevOps experience Strong experience with Azure DevOps and pipeline management Experience supporting CI CD pipelines, builds, and releases Experience troubleshooting deployments and performing rollback Hands on experience with Docker and containerization Experience with Git workflows including pull requests and code reviews Ability to work cross functionally with engineering and infrastructure teams Desired Skills & Experience Experience with AWS cloud services Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python Understanding of networking fundamentals such as HTTP and DNS Exposure to monitoring, alerting, and automation tools What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 50% Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines 25% Cloud and containerization (Docker, AWS) 25% Collaboration and infrastructure support Daily Responsibilities 70% Hands On 30% Team Collaboration
