Job Description
Software Engineering Intern Summary This co-op internship is a hands-on, real-world position, assisting our Software Engineers with coding, building, and testing various applications and products.
•Our interns are anticipated to work with us for the entire summer term, assuming quality work. Of course, all positions are "at will" and an internship is not a guarantee of work for a set period of time. Responsibilities Participate in software development activities Assist Software Engineers with projects and prototyping as required Build, test, enhance and evaluate new or existing products Collaborate closely with R D team members
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Experience with either C++, C#, Java on either Windows, or Linux platforms Experience with either AWS or Azure based deployments Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint, Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence Ability to work independently Excellent written and communication skills Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of semester Able to work up to 40 hours per week during summer session Required Education and Licensing Student enrolled in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology Electrical Engineering, or any other Engineering program with good GPA and proficiency in software and data science courses and projects. Must have been enrolled full-time for the current semester, new graduates are still eligible for this position
