• W2•C2C•$21-31 per HR Description We are seeking an experienced Application Consultant for a contract role in the Hartford, CT area.

This position involves working onsite and requires hands-on experience in configuring and customizing applications using a general-purpose programming language. The role includes implementing business requirements, supporting integrations, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The consultant will collaborate with various teams to understand and implement requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize applications using a general-purpose programming language. Implement policy lifecycle components including submission, issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements. Develop and enhance UI screens, validation rules, and workflows. Support integrations with upstream and downstream systems using web services. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand and implement requirements. Qualifications 5-9 years of experience in application configuration and customization. Experience with product model configuration. Proficiency in XML web services, SOAP, and REST. Experience with SQL basics. Understanding of policy administration processes.
