Job Duties :
Responsibilities- Lead design workshops and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions
- Define architecture standards, integration strategies, and governance models
- Oversee technical delivery, reviewing solution designs and ensuring compliance with best practices
- Serve as the primary technical authority and advisor to client stakeholders and executives
- Mentor developers, admins, and consultants across delivery teams
- Create technical roadmaps for platform adoption, upgrades, and new module rollouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, enterprise-grade solutions Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Lead solution design workshops with clients
- Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures
- Define integration strategies with enterprise systems
- Execute AI-driven delivery transformation initiatives
- Drive AI adoption across delivery teams
- Integrate AI into sales, scoping, and service delivery processes
- Establish and manage governance and reporting structures
- Review and approve technical designs from delivery teams
- Oversee technical delivery and sprint reviews
- Present trade-offs and architecture decisions to executives
- Mentor developers, admins, and consultants
- Build reusable frameworks and accelerators
