DevOps Engineer We are seeking a detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between development and operations teams, ensuring continuous deployment, automated workflows, high availability, and strict adherence to security and compliance standards.
Core Responsibilities CI/CD & Automation:
Design, build, and maintain automated continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software delivery. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision, manage, and scale cloud environments using infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Cloud Infrastructure Management:
Oversee daily cloud platform operations (AWS, Azure, or GCP), optimizing performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
Monitoring & Observability:
Implement and maintain robust logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to track system performance and uptime.
Containerization & Orchestration:
Manage application containerization and cluster orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Security & Collaboration:
Partner with software engineering and security teams to embed DevSecOps practices, manage access controls, and patch vulnerabilities.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (Required).
Experience:
0-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Administration, or Software Development. Technical Skills (Required): Solid understanding of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Shell). Familiarity with version control (Git) and automated testing frameworks.
Preferred Skills:
Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD). Experience with database administration, networking, and security compliance. Knowledge of microservices architecture and modern site reliability engineering (SRE) principles.
