JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Application Developer serves as the primary technical owner of a key internal business application that supports core operational workflows. This role is responsible for maintaining system stability, implementing enhancements, and developing new functionality to meet evolving business requirements. The Senior Application Developer is responsible for managing the full application lifecycle, including development, integration, performance optimization, cloud services, observability, and security. The Senior Application Developer works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the application remains reliable, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.   • Maintain, enhance, and extend a full-stack application, including front-end and back-end components
  • Develop new features, improve user workflows, and optimize system performance
  • Manage integrations with internal systems and third-party providers using APIs, messaging, and scheduled processes
  • Support and maintain cloud-based components, including serverless functions, messaging, storage, and monitoring
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability and performance
  • Manage application data models, database migrations, and data quality
  • Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments
  • Implement and maintain application security practices, including authentication, authorization, and secure data handling
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Maintain technical documentation and support long-term architectural planning Required Experience / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core API development
  • Experience with Angular or similar modern front-end frameworks
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services (e.g., Functions, App Service, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, Application Insights)
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and relational data modeling
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Azure Entra ID)
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues using logging and monitoring tools Preferred Experience / Qualifications
  • Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) or modular application architecture
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture or message-based integrations
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, or job automation tools
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform)
  • Knowledge of document generation libraries such as Aspose
  • Experience with Angular enterprise component libraries (e.g., AG Grid, Highcharts)
  • Background in financial services or workflow-driven operational systems
