ResponsibilitiesActivities Project Delivery Lead complex project development activities. Influence innovation by recommending ideas and encouraging project-team creativity. Lead or oversee site installation and commissioning efforts. Provide advanced backup support and guidance for field service and project teams. Front-end Engineering and Commercial Define system architecture, select solution platforms, and create concept-level designs. Guide project risk assessments and contingency planning. Develop and review specifications for user requirements, functionality, and system design. Support estimating for proposed solutions and project development labor. Quality Ensure solutions comply with best practices and system safety conventions. Develop quality plans and test protocols. Lead or participate in design reviews and deliverable approvals. Provide feedback during project closeout, audits, and performance monitoring. Ensure assigned work remains aligned with project budgets, schedules, and scope. LeadershipDevelopment Serve as Technical Lead on assigned projects. Mentor engineers in technical and career development. Coach project engineers in both technical execution and project delivery.
