Paint Seibi Technician

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring an Paint Seibi Technician for a temporary assignment in Princeton, IN. This is a 12-month contract. The pay range for this role is between $35.00- $45.00/Hr.

What you'll be doing: Online robot programming - Sealer, UBC, and Dampening Run trials and adjust parameters Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards Online robot Programming - Primer, Base and Clear Run trials and adjust parameters Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards Offline robot programming Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software Evaluate Quality Use elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite Create Hand Over Documents Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC's Effective communications Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word What you bring: Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting) Experience with Digital Engineering Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience Additional related certifications Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience Talented, dedicated people are an integral part of our mission to build the best workforce, working together to create the future of mobility and make the world a better place.
