Lexington, KY 40507 Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Analyst / .NET Developer with strong C# and ASP.NET Core skills and experience in production application support. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, resolve incidents, and maintain technical documentation to ensure application stability and reliability. Key Responsibilities Monitor, maintain, and support .NET applications and services in production. Investigate production incidents, troubleshoot defects, and perform root-cause analysis. Analyze application logs, debug code, and identify underlying technical issues. Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to resolve incidents. Communicate issue status, resolutions, and technical findings to relevant stakeholders. Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and production support procedures. Support application maintenance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities. Required Skills Strong experience with C# and .NET development . Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core . Strong production troubleshooting and debugging skills. Experience with root-cause analysis, incident response, and application log analysis. Ability to document technical processes and communicate effectively with technical and business teams. Preferred Skills Experience supporting production .NET applications and services. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools. Experience working with cross-functional teams in production support environments. Expected Deliverables Technical documentation.
