Louisville, KY We are seeking a Software Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a practical approach to solving problems. The ideal candidate will bring sound engineering judgment, an interest in building scalable technology, and the ability to translate technical requirements into well-designed solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and test software applications based on project specifications. Write readable, maintainable code and follow established development standards. Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver new features. Troubleshoot software issues and implement appropriate fixes. Work with databases, APIs, and third-party services to support application functionality. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Document technical changes and recommend improvements to existing systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. Understanding of software development principles, data structures, and database management. Experience with version control tools such as Git and familiarity with software testing practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and work effectively with a team.
