The Applications Analyst works with team members to identify problems with software applications and processes and serves as a change agent for the business units. This position also works with vendors to identify service level agreements (where needed).The role delivers increasing levels of stability, performance, and scalability while improving the overall user experience throughout the application lifespan. In addition, the Application Analyst serves to identify areas for improvement and automation where possible.

What You'll Do:
Work with team members to identify problems with software applications and process and serves as a change agent to the business units. This position also, works with vendors to identify service level agreements (where needed). Delivers increasing levels of stability, performance, and scalability while improving the overall user experience throughout the application lifespan. In addition, the Application Analyst serves to identify areas for improvement and automation where possible. Provides daily operational support to team members, listens for opportunities to make the credit union more efficient, and collaborates with team members on process improvement. Provide enterprise-level support. Works with 3rd party related products, services, and vendors to facilitate support and services. Act as an escalation point for issues and works with vendors to maintain high-availability and user experience for these applications and relationships. Coordinates notifications and alerts around application outages, maintenance, and issues as needed. •Full job description will be provided if you are selected for an interview.
What We Need:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of data processing and applications system operations. Strong troubleshooting / analytical and critical thinking skills. Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
