Key Responsibilities:
Participate in all phases of software development with a focus on creating, supporting, and improving the front end of flagship software applications and other critical systems. Collaborate with the Software CAD/GEO, Software UI Design, and Software QA teams to discuss, research, and implement fixes, features, and UI/UX improvements to applications. Articulate workflows, bug fixes, and other improvements with demonstrations or associated documentation. Show an affinity for creating and improving software and be willing to collaborate with other developers and supporting team members on implementation strategies. Communicate daily progress and interact with other areas of the business. Have ownership over CounterSketch and all systems that support the infrastructure of the product.Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in an object-related programming language, including C# or Java. Familiar or proficient with front-end frameworks, such as WPF or MAUI/Blazor. Effective communication skills for conveying technical concepts to potentially non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable in a collaborative, team-focused environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of UX-related experience. Proficiency in WPF and MAUI/Blazor. Strong communication abilities, excelling within collaborative settings, and capable of leading intricate technical dialogues.Similar remote jobs
