Scope Discipline & Production Health This is what separates this role from a typical social manager seat. You'll be a critical voice in our weekly operating rhythm and a key partner in protecting our pricing integrity. Track time-vs-budget per client weekly Flag accounts running over scope before month-end Document patterns of scope creep and surface them for strategic discussion Deliver contracted scope inside contracted hours — using the AI workflow to maintain quality without padding 4. AI Workflow Ownership You're inheriting a system that already works. The opportunity is to make it sharper. Own the Claude content production workflow, prompts, templates, and SOPs as agency IP Build and maintain reusable prompt frameworks for both visual and written content Iterate on process as we learn what's working Train future junior team members on the production system Stay current on emerging AI content tools and propose improvements as the technology evolves 5.
