As a key member of our team, you will support the president, manage databases, to drive our development initiatives forward with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Coordinate and support all phases of real estate development projects, including research, planning, and execution. Organize and manage events such as community meetings, stakeholder presentations, and fundraising activities to promote project visibility. Develop compelling proposals and grant applications through detailed research, data collection, and strategic writing to secure project funding.

Manage budgets for development projects, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation while maintaining quality standards. Cultivate strong relationships with community members, government agencies, investors, and nonprofit partners to foster collaboration and support project goals. Support public relations efforts by preparing press releases, managing social media accounts, and maintaining positive media coverage. Coordinate volunteer activities for community events or outreach programs that align with development objectives. Experience Proven experience in event planning, public relations, or community engagement within the real estate or nonprofit sectors. Strong skills in proposal writing, grant application processes, and digital marketing strategies including email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp or similar tools.
