Columbia Maryland Direct client Requirement Key responsibilities Perform end-to-end monitoring of applications, systems, and infrastructure Install and configure Dynatrace Agents on servers, virtual machines, and other environments Monitor system performance, including: Disk utilization Memory utilization Application performance metrics Build and optimize Dynatrace dashboards (approx. 20% of the role) Work with internal teams to identify performance issues and system improvement opportunities Review AWS CloudWatch logs/metrics as needed (Dynatrace is the primary tool) Required experience 4+ yearsof hands-on Dynatrace experience (SME/advanced level strongly preferred) 5+ yearsof Systems Engineering or Infrastructure experience Strong background with: Application monitoring Server/infrastructure monitoring Performance optimization Experience working with both Linux and Windows environments Ability to install, manage, and configure monitoring agents Comfortable interpreting performance trends and troubleshooting system issues Nice-to-have Experience with AWS CloudWatch (not required; used minimally) Familiarity with AWS environments Healthcare industry experience (not required)
