Job Description
Understand customer application requirements and map them to Rohde & Schwarz solution. Demonstrate product capability relevant to customer needs. Identify and recommend white papers, application notes, or other applicable content to customers. Refer opportunities to sales per company processes. Perform product/application remote demonstrations. Provide basic hardware/software test engineering support to meet customer challenges. Compose written instructions on technical topics, solutions, and applications stemming from common support incidents. Document and report unexpected behavior (bug) to product management and product development.
