Key Tasks:

s Analyze production issues, defects, service requests to determine root cause and recommend resolution.s Coordinate resolution of production issuess Communicate with Business and Technology stakeholderss Document root cause and production support knowledge bases May participate in User Acceptance and End to End testing, including planning, preparation, execution, and defect trackings Provide other support to production systems and new development by coordinating efforts, sharing knowledge, and communicating across impacted teamss Contribute to continuous process improvement, to increase overall efficiency and qualitys Manage service delivery governance to support core application development teams in their efforts to progress technology deliverables through the SDLC lifecycles Establish and manage application health checks in production environments to ensure efficient progress through the SDLC cycles for technology deliverables

Required Skills:

s 4+years as a software engineer, tester, or analyst supporting multi-tier, enterprise web-based solutions using technologies/frameworks such as Java EE, Spring, RDBMS, ORM, REST.s 6+ years in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. architecture, process re-engineering, development, verification)s Experience with HTTP and design patterns applicable to RESTful web applications.s Ability to query relational databases to perform production analysiss Building strong relationships through Agile team(s) and personal performances Collaborating in a multiple team environments Exceptionally strong communication skills, verbal and written. Includes the ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences with varying technical and system backgrounds and at multiple organizational levels

Desired Skills:

s Experience with single page application frameworks (e.g. React)s Supporting client stakeholders with varying levels of Agile experiences Proficient in MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel Required Education /

Certifications:

s Computer Science degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related majors
