Training Course Developer-Instructor -
OpELINT Clearance Required:
TS/SCI This position is contingent upon contract award. Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an experienced Operational Electronic Intelligence (OpELINT) Course Developer-Instructor to support the development and delivery of technical intelligence training. This position is responsible for designing curriculum and providing instruction focused on the analysis of electronic intelligence signals and systems. The selected candidate will develop and teach course content related to intelligence derived from a variety of electronic emissions and systems, including radar and jammer signals, aircraft and spacecraft systems, missile command links and telemetry, automated beaconing, navigation systems, and tracking control systems. Instruction will also cover the analysis of the existence and technical parameters (not the content) of radio frequency communications used in support of military operations, security activities, criminal enterprises, and other applications. Duties and Responsibilities Soliciting and receiving course feedback from students and other people and timely incorporating appropriate feedback into courses and presentations. Maintaining expertise in OpELINT Developing new OpELINT courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring the accuracy and currency of existing ones Using good communication skills when working with others in the development, presentation, and updating of OpELINT teaching and course material Required Qualifications Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level clearance 2 years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development (e.g., military courses, academia or industry classroom Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area) plus 8 or more years of OpELINT experience In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 10 or more years of OpELINT experience (within the past 15 years) and prior successful completion of intermediate ELINT courses will be considered; and Experience in one or both of the following: Python coding and Machine Learning Company Overview Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) was founded by former National Security and Special Operations professionals with over 100 years of combined experience, and was formed with a singular focus: to bridge the gap between operations and technology to enable mission success.
