Citizenship Mandatory:
Due to our US federal government contract, candidates for this position are required to be a US Citizen and will be subject to a background investigation.
Job Responsibilities:
Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security. Collaborates with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc). Escalation Point for technical issues. Solution components that are outside of the ServiceNow platform. Escalation Point for technical issues. Solution components that are outside of the ServiceNow platform. Programmatic design. Security. Integration and data migration. End to End Technical Solution.
Required Skills:
5+ years of design and implementation experience in IT. 3-5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Technical Architect role. 2+ years of experience working in ServiceNow.
