Full Job Description Amazon Connect Developer Location:
Woodlawn, MD
•Onsite 5 Days/Week We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with strong AWS Cloud and Contact Center development experience.
Required Skills:
7+ years of AWS Cloud / Enterprise experience 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience Strong experience with IVR, ACD, Call Routing & Skill-Based Routing Development experience with Node.js, Python, or Java AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SNS, EventBridge Experience with Chatbots, NLP, or Conversational AI preferred Excellent communication skills Federal Government experience is preferred.
