Solutions Architect What We Are Looking For We are looking for a Solutions Architect with a strong IT background to join our international team. The role combines solution design with bid management: you will analyse customer challenges, design end-to-end ICT solutions across Cloud, On-Premises and Hybrid environments, and lead the technical response to tenders and proposals. You will work closely with sales, delivery teams and technology partners to shape winning, deliverable offers built on Managed Services best practices. What You Will Do on a Daily Basis Analyse technical trends, customer challenges and requirements; Design end-to-end solutions that align with both the technical and strategic goals of the customer; Act as Bid Manager on tenders and

RFPs:

coordinate the technical response, define the solution approach and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met; Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, delivery) and technology partners to shape the best possible solution; Write clear, compelling and tailored technical solutions, proposals and architecture documentation; Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, customer-focused language; Support the team throughout the solution lifecycle, including oral presentations, clarifications and handover to delivery, when required. Your Key Skills Proven IT background with 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales or technical consulting; Experience as Bid Manager or leading technical responses to RFPs/tenders; Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP), networking, security and integration patterns; Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear proposals; Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; English proficiency at C1 level or higher; Comfortable working autonomously in an international, remote environment. Your Main Qualifications Architecture certifications (Azure/AWS Solutions Architect) are an asset; Experience with public procurement or European Institution tenders is an advantage; Additional EU languages, particularly French or German, are an advantage; Familiarity with project management frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is an asset; Availability for occasional travel to client sites or Axians offices; EU Citizenship or valid work permit in the EU.
