Staff Software Engineer

Hybrid USA:

The role requires a mix of days in CDK's Portland, OR office and can be worked remotely on the remaining days. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of this office.

Position Summary:

Required Qualifications:

8-12 years of experience working with Microsoft .NET as Developer. Has experience developing web APIs At least 7 years' experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React Experience in design and implementation of transaction-oriented software in a Linux/C environment a plus Must be an expert in the C# programming language Expert level capabilities in Php a plus Must be an expert in Unix/Linux systems programming including I/O, networking, file systems and database access, and shell scripting In-depth knowledge of .NET infrastructure. Expert level experience with SQL/Oracle databases Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable web application Must have excellent software development hygiene ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Passionate about Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address the issues Capable of providing organized technical leadership to scrum-team (5-7 developers) sized groups while also doing technical work on the project

Salary Range:

$150,000 - $185,000 CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
