Lead OIC Developer:

Serve as the primary owner for all Oracle Fusion integrations across the enterprise. Monitor, support, and continuously improve existing Oracle integrations and interfaces. Provide technical oversight, governance, and health monitoring of the integration environment. Identify process improvements and resolve integration performance or stability issues. Lead integration architecture, design reviews, and development efforts for new Oracle Fusion initiatives and acquired business integrations. Define integration standards, best practices, and future-state architecture. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to develop Oracle Fusion integration roadmaps and strategy. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business objectives. Mentor team members and coordinate with implementation partners and vendors when required. 4+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Experience supporting Oracle Cloud applications, particularly Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions Experience with Oracle implementations, migrations , or large-scale integration projects Full SDLC experience, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, support, and monitoring Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills Experience with
