Must be willing to travel as needed Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced IBM API Connect (APIC) Lead to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise API and integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of integration/API development experience , including 5+ years of hands-on IBM API Connect experience , along with strong expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native, containerized environments. Required Skills IBM API Connect (APIC) 10+ years of API/integration development experience 5+ years of hands-on IBM API Connect experience REST/RESTful and SOAP services API security - OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, TLS JSON and

Kubernetes / K8s Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans Strong technical leadership and team mentoring experience Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise API and integration solutions Drive end-to-end API lifecycle delivery Design and implement scalable, secure, and reusable APIs and services Translate business requirements into technical architecture, designs, and implementation plans Guide technical teams through development and implementation activities Mentor junior and mid-level developers Establish and enforce enterprise API/integration standards and best practices Troubleshoot and support API and integration solutions across environments Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills IBM App Connect Enterprise ( ACE ) IBM MQ Red Hat OpenShift
