Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain software applications using C# and the .NET technology stack. Develop and enhance web-based features with ASP.NET and JavaScript to support business needs. Partner with team members to create and refine custom solutions for client-facing and internal applications. Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable fixes. Participate in code reviews, testing, and ongoing improvement efforts to strengthen software quality. Support the evolution of existing systems and contribute to new development initiatives as priorities change. Learn project-specific platforms and tools, including ERP-related environments when applicable. Work onsite with the development team in Norton Shores, Michigan to help drive timely project delivery. Requirements At least 3 years of software development experience. Hands-on experience with C# and the .NET Framework. Working knowledge of ASP.NET for web application development. Familiarity with JavaScript for front-end or web functionality enhancements. Ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges. Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar development environments is a plus.
