full-time Principal Engineer Seeking a Staff AI Engineer / Technical Lead with 7+ years of software engineering experience and proven success delivering production applications. This individual should have hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions utilizing LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and tool-calling frameworks, while remaining actively involved in coding. The ideal candidate brings expertise in TypeScript, Python, or C#/.NET, strong cloud architecture experience in GCP, Azure, or AWS, and the ability to design scalable distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration platforms. Prior experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, AI Engineer, or Solutions Architect is highly preferred.

Required Experience:
