Create block and functional diagrams, resolve design weaknesses, document architectural decisions, collaborate across engineering teams, and guide product roadmaps for future vehicle computing platforms. Responsibilities Develop physical and functional electrical architecture from concept through production. Create electrical block diagrams showing major components and interfaces. Develop functional diagrams specifying hardware interfaces, timing, and dynamic behavior. Identify design weaknesses and develop balanced solutions considering performance, cost, timing, and stakeholder needs. Own architectural decisions and maintain resulting design documentation. Collaborate with vehicle planning, systems, and software engineering teams and define hardware product roadmaps.
