Job Description
Job Description This candidate will act as part of a Professional Services team, work productively with Consultants, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and other internal & external interfaces such as Industry and Product Development teams to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives. The core of your responsibility will be to implement the QMS for Siemen's customers into their manufacturing environments. You will be interfacing directly with the customer and traveling up to 50% for onsite implementations. This person makes sure quality is right and the customer requirements are being met. This candidate will also be responsible for other areas of quality depending on the industry including the following: - Experience and Domain knowledge in Quality, Quality Planning (that included the following quality processes) o Design FMEA / Process FMEA o Process Flow Chart o Control Plan o In process inspection / SPC o Incoming goods control o Audits o Gage Management / Calibration / Measurement system analyses (MSA / R&R) o APQP o PPAP and FAI o Complaints Management We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Experience with
IATF 16949
(lead auditor experience preferred).- Familiarity with Change Management and Document Control processes.
- Experience implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) software
- Some coding experience (any language java, python, C++ C#)
