Job Description

Job Duties:
Design, develop, implement, and oversee enterprise PLM solutions utilizing Siemens Teamcenter aligned with organizational and IT objectives. Translate business and operational requirements into scalable Teamcenter architecture and technical solutions, including Engineering Data Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Manufacturing Process Planning, and Supplier Collaboration modules. Define PLM technology roadmaps and lead Teamcenter planning, deployment, migration, enhancement, and optimization initiatives while ensuring compliance with PLM governance standards and development best practices. Architect and oversee integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise systems, including SAP/ERP, manufacturing systems, engineering tools, CRM platforms, MES systems, and legacy applications utilizing Teamcenter 2-tier, 4-tier, Web, Active Workspace, and multi-site architectures. Lead PLM data migration, enterprise integration, technical Proofs of Concept (POCs), and implementation of industry best practices utilizing out-of-the-box (OOTB) Teamcenter capabilities to improve scalability, performance, governance, and operational efficiency. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams, implementation partners, and cross-functional stakeholders while mentoring technical personnel and establishing PLM governance standards and methodologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and project management teams to drive "to-be" system design discussions, support production deployments, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and align PLM architecture with long-term business and enterprise integration objectives.
Job Requirements:
Required Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Tech Lead, Software Engineer, IT Analyst or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US. The frequency of travel will be 10 - 15%.
Salary Range:
$127,358.00/Year - $130,000.00/Year
