Job Description

Hiring:

Lead Full Stack .

NET Developer Location:

Michigan | Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite/week

Experience:

8+ years We re looking for a hands-on Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to design and build scalable enterprise applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring developers.

Must-Have Skills:

8+ years of enterprise application development C# / .

NET / ASP.NET

Core Angular or React TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML & CSS

REST API

design and development SQL Server and/or Oracle Git and modern source control CI/CD and automated deployments Docker & Docker Compose Container-based development environments Application architecture, design patterns & security Technical leadership, code reviews & mentoring

Preferred Experience:

Manufacturing systems / MES Industrial IoT (IIoT) & shop-floor connectivity OPC UA, MQTT, Kepware & PLC-connected equipment Kubernetes & container orchestration Cloud, event-driven architecture & messaging technologies Generative AI, RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings & LLM APIs 🎓

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience. This is a hands-on technical lead role , so candidates should have strong recent production coding experience-not just team or project management experience
