About the Opportunity Join a privately owned engine innovator at its world headquarters in Pontiac, MI. As a Teamcenter PLM Solutions Architect, you will be the technical backbone behind our client's Siemens Teamcenter environment. This role is 100% on-site and can be structured as a direct hire or a contract engagement. A Day in the Life Morning starts with a quick sync alongside PLM and Configuration Management to refine access rules and adjust workflows. Before lunch, you package the month's Teamcenter customizations for release. In the afternoon, you dive into a tricky incident impacting a group of engineers, diagnose it using your knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, and roll out a fix. You end the day mentoring a teammate on BMIDE best practices and sketching out a proposal to streamline a legacy business process. Where You'll Make an Impact Administer and enhance Teamcenter (workflows, stylesheets, access control, etc.) in partnership with PLM and Configuration Management teams. Build and deliver monthly deployment packages that tailor Teamcenter to evolving business needs. Map and improve existing business workflows to drive efficiency and reliability. Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents ranging from single-user issues to multi-team outages. Coach and cross-train junior team members to elevate team capability. Track PLM trends and recommend selective adoption for measurable value. Your Toolkit 5+ years with Teamcenter Rich Client, including installation and configuration. Deep hands-on experience with BMIDE, workflows, stylesheets, Structure Manager, Access Manager, Organization and indexer, plus end-user support and elevated helpdesk tickets.

C/C++ ITK
