Type:

full-time Role Overview We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1+ years of experience with strong backend, frontend, database, API, and data engineering skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with microservices, data pipelines, integrations, and data-driven business applications.

Must-Have Skills Backend:

Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, dependency injection, JPA/JDBC, configuration profiles.

Frontend:

React, TypeScript, component state, data fetching, and typed API contracts.

SQL/Databases:

Strong MS SQL Server experience and working knowledge of PostgreSQL. Joins, window functions, anti-joins, MERGE/upsert, query optimization, and execution plan understanding.

API Integration:

OAuth2, API keys, pagination, rate limits, retries, error handling, and ability to work independently from vendor documentation.

Git:

Branching, pull requests, rebase vs. merge, and conflict resolution.

Data:

Data profiling, row counts, cardinality/distinct-value checks, null checks, and source-to-target data validation.

Data Pipelines:

Understanding of ETL/ELT, idempotency, watermarks, replay safety, and schema drift.

Python:

Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or ETL is a plus.

Power BI:

Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools is a plus.

Infrastructure:

Basic knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server operations, Docker, and CI/CD is a plus. What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving and analytical skills . Ability to troubleshoot using a structured, methodical approach . Strong attention to data accuracy, integrity, and safe data changes . Ability to read and understand technical documentation independently . Clear written and async communication, including documenting assumptions and troubleshooting steps. Ability to work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and data pipelines . Experience with complex problem-solving and learning new technologies quickly. Logistics, transportation, supply chain, or other data-intensive industry experience is a plus.
