full-time Senior Solutions Architect - Loyalty & Customer Engagement Our client, a leading Midwest retailer, is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to shape the technology strategy and architecture behind next-generation Loyalty & Customer Engagement experiences. This role will help define scalable solutions across rewards, personalization, promotions, customer identity, customer data, and Voice of Customer capabilities. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and business leaders, you'll translate complex business needs into modern, scalable technical solutions and provide architectural leadership from strategy through implementation.
