Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and solutions-oriented professional to join our team as an Application Engineer. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to support the design and optimization of water treatment solutions, contributing to H2O Innovations mission of creating sustainable water strategies. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will play a key role in developing innovative, high-quality solutions while driving continuous improvement in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

The day-to-dayGenerate technical proposals for pilot systems, service work, new equipment, and system upgrades;Generate quotations in IFS for parts and system components by studying existing documentation and historical records;Assist in generating content for presentations to customers and at trade shows;Collaborate with H2O Innovation Engineering to establish solutions for complex situations supporting aftermarket equipment; Assist the aftermarket service team with remote troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues;Analyze data and support Regional Account Managers in customer discussions;Provide some field work to support the Aftermarket team as necessary (Bring new ideas and practices to improve current H2O Innovation processes;Carry out any other related duties.

The skills we are looking for Relevant experience in the fileld;Bachelors engineering degree in a technical field;Proficient in Microsoft Office;Manage multiple tasks effectively;Communicate clearly & effectively;Strong problem-solving skills;Experience in water treatment is a plus.#INDEED#ZR
