Robotic Welding Programmer -
Advanced Automation & Offline Simulation Compensation:
Up to $35.00/hr + Shift Differentials & Profit Sharing •

1st, 2nd, or 3rd Are you an experienced automation professional looking to join a global leader in heavy equipment attachment manufacturing in Duluth, MN? Our client is known for its commitment to innovation, employee development, and cutting-edge robotic integration technology. We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welding Programmer to join our team and work with advanced automation systems and offline simulation software.
Technical Expertise:
Minimum 3 years of experience programming robotic welding cells using Yaskawa/YRC1000 controllers and offline programming software
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with Robotmaster or MotoSim for offline toolpath generation and virtual cell optimization
Welding Skills:
Expertise in heavy-gauge structural MIG welding and interpreting engineering blueprints
Earning Potential:
Up to $35.00 per hour plus shift differentials and profit sharing
Shift Options:
Choose from 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on your preference

Responsibilities:
Program and simulate offline welding paths using Robotmaster or MotoSim software Optimize robot settings for efficient and precise welding performance Provide technical support for automation systems and troubleshoot issues Inspect weldments for quality and compliance with industry standards Mentor and support floor team members in best welding practices Perform preventative maintenance on robotic equipment
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in robotic programming Strong welding skills and blueprint literacy Stable work history and commitment to excellence Relevant certifications or degree in automation or welding
