Lead Full-Stack Engineer (React / .NET Core)
Location:
Maple Grove, MN Onsite Monday-Thursday | Friday WFH Full Time Top Priorities Proven experience leading software engineering initiatives and technical decision-making Deep expertise in React and TypeScript (primary technology stack) Strong backend architecture and development experience Extensive .NET Core experience required Ability to mentor developers and drive engineering best practices Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications Drive technical standards, code quality, and engineering best practices Mentor and coach software engineers across the team Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions Lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions Software Development Architect and develop modern React + TypeScript front-end applications Design and build scalable backend services using .

Core and C# Create and maintain APIs, integrations, and cloud-native solutions Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability Drive implementation of permanent solutions to complex business and technical challenges Collaboration & Delivery Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions Lead sprint planning, technical estimations, and backlog refinement activities Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on architecture and delivery objectives Technical Requirements Expert Level React TypeScript Modern front-end architecture and design patterns Advanced .
