Ability to Obtain Skills Required Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline plus 5 years of relevant experience; or a master's degree and 3 years of experience; or a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience. Must be highly skilled in object-oriented design and C++ embedded software development. Must have experience working with RTOS and/or bare-metal hard real-time application development. Practical knowledge and experience with applicable software engineering processes. Familiarity with Ethernet communications. Contemporary design and development experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. Skills Preferred Ability to conduct effective meetings, discussions, and presentations. Practical knowledge and experience with applicable software management processes. Practical knowledge and experience with applicable engineering development processes. Familiarity with Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) and Client Life Cycle Management. Working knowledge of the cybersecurity domain, specifically the Risk Management Framework and the requirements and processes to obtain and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO). Ideally, the candidate would possess a cybersecurity certification. Weapon system and/or combat experience. Experience Required Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work experience, or equivalent experience.

Expert-level C++ programming. Embedded hard real-time program design and development experience.
