Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Engineer IV

•Hybrid for a 5+ month contract position with a Leading Consumer Electronics Retailer located in Richfield, MN.

Compensation:

$81.00

•$95.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Software Engineer to help plan and execute major platform features and capabilities for a platform that enables engineering teams to deploy their software to the Cloud and Data Center. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing coarse-grained features and capabilities. The ideal candidate will be skilled at breaking down large problems, defining acceptance criteria, and will require minimal oversight or direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute major platform features and capabilities

Break down large problems and define acceptance criteria for work

Work with minimal oversight or direction

Primary Requirements:

5+ years relevant experience with a bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience

5+ years of application development experience

3+ years of full stack application development experience

Desired Skills:

5+ years of experience with Ruby or another object-oriented programming language

2+ years of experience with Github Actions

Experience with Cloud Infrastructure or Platform Operations

Experience with AWS Administration

Experience using AI tools such as Copilot for software development

Familiarity with DevOps technologies and experience with AWS EKS and Argo CD

Ability to coach and teach other junior engineers

Strong leadership andmunication skills
