Application Engineer II:
Provide technical support to customers, focusing on process-related troubleshooting. Conduct testing and live equipment demonstrations to showcase product capabilities. Assist customers with process issues, both onsite and remotely. Support distributors with complex quotes and proposals. Train representatives, distributors, and internal sales teams on product applications. Qualifications of the
Application Engineer II:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in application engineering or manufacturing. Experience in wave soldering or similar PCB/electronics manufacturing environments. Prior customer-facing experience is strongly preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on process improvement. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
