Are you an experienced IT professional with strong ERP support and SQL reporting skills? EmBark is seeking a full-time ERP Developer for a reputable Springfield-area business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, data analysis, system administration, and helping users maximize business technology solutions. Requirements for the ERP Developer Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4-5 years of applicable IT experience Experience supporting ERP systems and business applications Strong SQL reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with users and third-party vendors Experience with IBM iSeries/AS400 environments preferred; RPG programming is a plus ERP Analyst Responsibilities Provide user support, software troubleshooting, training coordination, and vendor support communication Create SQL reports, extract and validate data, and assist users with data imports and exports Maintain business forms, dashboards, user profiles, system security, and application access Monitor and maintain ERP, MES, and WMS systems, databases, test environments, and documentation Manage scheduled Robot jobs, verify system backups, restore archived data, and coordinate off-hours technical support ERP Analyst Technical Environment Infor ERP-LX, IDF, and Webtop Crossroads MES, Touchpath WMS, and
ACT CRM SQL
Reporting and Compleo Document Processing IBM i, Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace Help Systems Robot, barcode printers, scanners, and related hardware
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
