Job Description We are seeking a Senior Java Microservices Developer with strong hands-on experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and backend development, along with working experience in React JS, cloud/container platforms, CI/CD, and production performance optimization. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. Design, build, and maintain Microservices and RESTful APIs. Develop reliable integrations between distributed applications and services. Work with Kafka and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and engineering teams on technical design and implementation. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support. Implement CI/CD and DevOps best practices. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application and database performance. Contribute to technical initiatives and GenAI/AI-assisted software development POCs.

Required Technical Skills Experience:

9+ years Core Backend 8+ years of software development experience Strong hands-on Java 8/11/17 Spring Boot Microservices Architecture RESTful APIs JUnit JPA Kafka Tomcat Frontend Working experience with React JS Database Oracle and/or

MS SQL SQL

development and SQL performance tuning Exposure to SQL/NoSQL databases Cloud / Containers / DevOps OpenShift and/or Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines Git / GitHub Actions Jenkins SonarQube Splunk Application performance monitoring and tuning Preferred Skills API integration experience using Apigee SOAP Web Services

JAXB / JAX-WS

Test automation using Selenium Agile/Scrum development experience AI / GenAI Experience Candidates should have exposure to AI-assisted software development tools such as: GitHub Copilot Cursor Claude Devin Similar AI coding assistants Experience using AI tools for code generation, debugging, unit testing, documentation, code reviews, or developer productivity is preferred. Candidates who have driven technical initiatives, prototypes, or POCs leveraging Generative AI will be strongly preferred.

Priority Skill Stack Must Have:
