Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Extend Developer with strong experience in Workday Integrations, Workday Extend, and Compensation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Workday solutions, including integrations, custom applications, reporting, and HR business process enhancements. This role requires close collaboration with HR, Compensation, and technology teams to deliver scalable and efficient Workday solutions. Required Qualifications 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent combination of work experience, training, military experience, and education. 2+ years of experience working with HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, or SAP HR. 2+ years of Business Systems Analysis, Application Design, or Solution Design experience. 2+ years of technology implementation, deployment, or release management experience. 1+ year of hands-on Workday Development experience including: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Core Connectors Workday Studio Report Writer Advanced Reporting Must-Have Skills 2+ years of experience as a Workday Extend Developer. Strong expertise in designing and developing Workday Extend Applications. Extensive experience building and supporting Workday Integrations.
Hands-on experience with:
EIB Core Connectors Workday Studio Web Services APIs Calculated Fields Workday Reporting Strong knowledge of Workday Compensation processes and configurations. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and support Workday production environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Extend applications. Build and maintain inbound and outbound Workday integrations. Support Workday Compensation cycles, configuration, and related business processes. Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Perform system analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities. Monitor and troubleshoot integration and application issues. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and best practices. Preferred Qualifications Workday certifications in Extend, Integrations, or HCM. Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of Workday Security Framework. Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Workday Adaptive Planning. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
