We're looking for a Developer Advocate who's excited to experiment, educate, and elevate the developer experience across Fidelity. In this role, you'll be at the center of innovation—championing new features, amplifying emerging technologies, and guiding thousands of developers toward smarter, more efficient engineering practices. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Hands-on training and development experience or experience as a systems analyst being part of a team in full-stack development within an Agile team environment. Able to coach and teach others across the firm. Demonstrated expertise of being an excellent collaborator and an ambassador the developers Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) along with solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices Knowledge of open-source systems and inner-source repositories Ability to collaborate across product teams to be the voice of developers and guide on product roadmap Experience leveraging DevAssist tools such as GitHub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to optimize development workflows Excellent communication skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Desire to be detailed, very responsive, and committed to quality Experience working with the open-source community is a plus Video editing skills is a plus The Team This is an opportunity for a highly motivated technologist to join our global Fidelity Architecture and Engineering organization on the Engineering Learning & Advocacy Team.
