C2C ROLE OVERVIEW
The client is seeking a dynamic ServiceNow Technical Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. This role involves hands-on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to pre-sales efforts including proposal development and Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor helping clients maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process/platform strategies Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution design Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, and more Perform health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessments Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF) Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft proposals and SOWs; estimate effort, define scope, and align deliverables
REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVES
7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules Proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery (3+ years) Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations (3+ years) Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations (2+ years) Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions (2+ years) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
REQUIRED SERVICENOW CERTIFICATIONS
(BY LEVEL) Senior —
CSA, CIS
(2 or more of: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, HRSD, Discovery), PMP or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation 0BbahzrxMx
